Send the items back to our returns address using a courier of your choice via a tracked service.

Ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and in the original packaging.
Please remember to ask for a proof of postage receipt!
Once your return arrives at our HQ we'll begin to process it as soon as possible! Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your return.
We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account. You will also get a refund confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account.
We now offer exchanges on our wrist wear within 30 days from purchase, when the bracelet doesn't fit well.
Below are the steps for an exchange:
1. Remove the packaging and the metal shackle from the bracelet.
2. Flatten the rope, by gently pressing on it and place in an envelope ideally padded. (if you have more than one you can place them all in the same envelope)

4. Make sure to include the order number and the new size required.
We ask to send the rope only because this way, there is a saving on the returns post, with it being a letter rather than a parcel. As soon as we receive them here we will send back the ropes in the new size.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to remove the metal shackle as it can tear the envelope, which can cause the bracelet to be lost. We will only send back the rope so you need to keep the shackle safe in order to use it on the new rope.

- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not offer free returns.
- We do not accept exchanges, and you'll now need to place a new order if your chosen size doesn't quite fit right.
- Anything returned outside of the 30 day policy will not be eligible for a refund, instead we can only offer a Gift Card if the goods arrive in new, unworn condition.
- Items that are returned and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
- Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 30 day returns policy as normal.
If you need to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as 'returned goods', as Outlaw Gear will not be responsible for paying any returns customs fees.
