Outlaw Gear offer 30 days to return your goods from the date you receive them!

Please email us at drive@outlawgear.co.uk so we will know to expect the item back to our workshop. 

Send the items back to our returns address using a courier of your choice via a tracked service.

Ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and in the original packaging. 

Please remember to ask for a proof of postage receipt!

Once your return arrives at our HQ we'll begin to process it as soon as possible! Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return.

We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account. You will also get a refund confirmation email.  Please allow up to 5 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account.

- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- We do not offer free returns. 

- We do not accept exchanges, and you'll now need to place a new order if your chosen size doesn't quite fit right. 

- Anything returned outside of the 30 day policy will not be eligible for a refund, instead we can only offer a Gift Card if the goods arrive in new, unworn condition. 

- Items that are returned and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund. 

- Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 30 day returns policy as normal.  

 If you need to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as 'returned goods', as Outlaw Gear will not be responsible for paying any returns customs fees. 

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.

Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.

- Wear the bangle with the detail on the outside of the arm, also known as the cuff.
- Place the bangle around your wrist, place the shackle on the inner side of the rope at a 45 degree angle then thread the other end on to the shackle too.
- Screw the pin in from above and turn the shackle over so it's straight with the rope, the pin should sit up pointing towards your arm.

- Our rope bracelets are very durable and resistant so you can wear yours in the shower or during most activities.
- If the bracelet gets a bit dirty or smells slightly simply remove the shackle and place it in the washing machine, once dry it will be like new.
- Avoid direct contact with fire.
