We now offer exchanges on our wrist wear within 30 days from purchase, when the bracelet doesn't fit quite right.
Below are the steps for an exchange:
1. Remove the packaging and the metal shackle from the bracelet.
2. Flatten the rope, by gently pressing on it and place in an envelope ideally padded. (if you have more than one you can place them all in the same envelope)
3. Return the letter to us at: OutlawGear™ RETURNS,Woodlands, Town Rd, Tetney, Grimsby, DN36 5JE, UK,FOR CUSTOMS: RETURNED GOODS
4. Make sure to include the order number and the new size required.
We ask to send the rope only because this way, there is a saving on the returns post, with it being a letter rather than a parcel. As soon as we receive them here we will send back the ropes in the new size.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to remove the metal shackle as it can tear the envelope, which can cause the bracelet to be lost. We will only send back the rope so you need to keep the shackle safe in order to use it on the new rope.
