No polished script, no corporate gloss — just honest stories from one of the most recognisable figures in Porsche culture, the urban outlaw himself Magnus Walker on his 58th Birthday at Steel City Porsche in his hometown of Sheffield.
Steel City Porsche delivered a epic event, bringing together generations of Porsche owners and enthusiasts for a day that felt relaxed, genuine and full of character, we rerally appreciate the invite, thanks to Richard AKA @steelcityporsche & Wendy AKA @britporschegirl.
Steel City Porsche had a proper dose of outlaw energy when Magnus Walker, the Urban Outlaw himself, came to Porsche Centre Sheffield on his 58th birthday for a special Q&A with the Porsche community. The event brought together Porsches of every flavour — from air-cooled classics to modern icons — filling the centre with cars, stories and plenty of character. We got our own personal copy of 'Urban Outlaw: Dirt Don’t Slow You Down' Signed by the man himslef, along with a sick poster designed by @justicsketch.
Magnus shared his journey, his love of early 911s and the mindset behind doing things your own way. Magnus Walker may be known as the Urban Outlaw, but in Sheffield, he was among family — surrounded by a city full of Porsche people, outlaw spirit and cars that refuse to blend in, celebrating cars, community and the outlaw spirit that keeps the scene alive.
There were some seriously sick rides to be seen, fittingly there was a 993 targa rockin' some Porsche Magnus Walker Fifteen 52 Style Wheels, and a stand out car for us was the The Fifteen Eleven Design 914 , tbh we heard if before we saw it and it sounded wild, this 380 BHP 914 restomod was a real show stopper, and its first public appearance, a real scoop for Steel City Porsche.
